Job Responsibilities

Able to work the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- Ensure that the retail stall is open and ready for business at 10:00 AM sharp
- Greet customers as they enter the stall, making them feel welcome without overdosing them on cheeriness
- Demonstrate and explain the proper way to use our products and any accessories that come with them, answering any questions and addressing any concerns the customer might have.
- Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need and make tailored recommendations.
- Provide exemplary customer service throughout the shift, helping customers as needed
- Process business transactions, handle cash, process debit/credit cards
- Ensure that the retail closes at 6:00 PM (unless noted that it will remain open later)
