Minimum Training and Experience Required:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university and two years of customer service experience or case management experience. Progressively responsible administrative and/or customer service related experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required college training.
Location: 501 Building, 501 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Salary: $2,648.41 Monthly plus State benefits; State Pay Grade 18
