General maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds – performs a wide variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and equipment at all PARC facilities including but not limited to HVAC, Appliances, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Painting, and Grounds Maintenance. Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30 pm, some weekends and overtime as needed.
Other Qualifications:
- Must possess a Florida driver’s license
- Drug free workplace
- Pass level II background check
