This highly responsible clerical and public contact work involves receiving and processing customer related transactions involving utility services. Work involves interaction with customers by mail and telephone; the use of a personal computer and utility billing software applications; handling the resolution of customer complaints regarding billing and utility services; and the use of considerable tact, patience and good judgment.
Salary: $14.65 - $22.42 hourly
