In collaboration with the Development Department and Events Team, plan, implement, and manage a comprehensive Annual Fundraising Plan that focuses on increasing the number of donors and money raised through fundraising events. A four-year degree from an accredited college is preferred; Preferably 1-2 years of development/sales and event management experience with documented results. Skills / Knowledge: Demonstrated technology skills including desktop publishing, word processing and database management are strongly preferred; budgeting experience and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets are highly recommended; strong interpersonal, organizational, writing, public speaking, strategic and analytic skills will be expected from an ambitious, results-oriented team player. How to Apply  Email: Careers@bbbstampabay.org
