The 2020 plan's Emerging Leaders program will engage 15-20 young adults who demonstrate the potential to grow in community leadership and become an active force in the community advancement initiatives.
This leadership program is sponsored by the City of St. Petersburg, The 2020 Fund, and the Community Development & Training Center.
