One Community: City Opportunity Directory

Monday, April 30, 2018

The emerging One Community Plan will be unveiled in April 2019 as a 10-year comprehensive economic growth plan for South St. Petersburg, the 25-square miles located south of Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, Florida. The area is home to nearly 80% of the city’s black community.

While designed to complement development initiatives already underway in South St. Petersburg, the One Community Plan will focus on strategies and initiatives explicitly designed to grow the economy of South St. Pete (i.e., the real dollar value of income, investments and assets owned by people who live and work there). Visit www.onecommunitystpete.com to get involved.
