City of Tampa to open Community Assistance Centers to help Tampa residents affected by Hurricane Irma

The City of Tampa will open Community Assistance Centers to help Tampa residents affected by Hurricane Irma. Our primary focus will be to assist area residents to make application to FEMA. We will also have limited funding to assist homeowners with their storm related home repair needs. We are gathering resource information that we can also provide with meal locations and contacts for volunteers.
Starting on Monday, September 18, 2017, Community Assistance Centers will be open 8am-7:00pm at all locations. For more information on specific programs or housing opportunities that HCD provides, please call 274-7954.
