Christopher Roberts aka Brain Storm has been hired on by One Community's #InThisTogether initiative to serve as project coordinator for the #4StPeteCreatives microgrant program. Brain is owner of St. Pete's Very Own Urban Ink Tattoo Company, a 12-year old firm that celebrated the grand-opening of a new, larger location on US19 in late February, only to see his business closed-down as part of COVID containment efforts. The young entrepreneur was an ideal choice to lead #4StPeteCreatives, which will make microgrants of $1,250 each to 25 creatives such as graphic & digital artists, photographers, videographers, DJs, and other artists who've lost income during the crisis. Thanks to our funders and community contributions, Brain is one of 2 dozen entrepreneurs contracted with us and earning income to help support other entrepreneurs. Welcome Brain Storm and thank you for your service ❤ We will begin accepting applications for #4StPeteCreatives on Monday.
